Positive: The staff tried really hard to fix the problems. They accepted responsibility for issues and promptly offered some.appropriate compensation.
Negative: The place suffers from maintenance issues. The staff tried really hard to resolve them. The fridge was turned off in the room so the milk left for us was lumpy. The fireplaces didnt work, remotes out of battery, gas bottle was not switched on, spa bath in the room switched itself on middle of the night and couldn't be switched off, we ended up having to find the fuse box and find the right fuse to turn it off and that also left us with no hot water. At breakfast time we waited 20 minutes to order and another 45 minutes to receive the food and this was cold. Each of these things on their own minor but together you have to ask whats going on. Final comment js there are lots of pot holes so youre almost 4WDing around the place. I recommend just doing more basic maintenance to the facilities. They are so nice such a shame to have so many things not working.
